Outgoing, logical and decisive, the ENTJ leads by providing conceptual structure and setting goals, rather than by detailing and enforcing procedures, codes and regulations. This “big picture” type rises naturally to conspicuous positions of power and responsibility in all organizational settings (business, military, educational, governmental.) Disorganization, confusion, emotion, inefficiency and illogic drive ENTJs to take charge of situations and institutions. Their intuition fuels their vision and defines their goals. They deal with the world boldly, in an assertive, analytical, objective and organized way which inspires others to salute them and do whatever the ENTJ needs done--including all the detail work! ENTJs certainly do get things done, both at home and at work, but often at substantial cost in terms of wear and tear on the human spirit, for they may neglect the importance of the personal element in accomplishing their purpose. More than any other, this type seems to struggle between an inner drive toward creative spontaneity and the desire for order in the universe.

This second video shows the dragons in front of the building, doing their thing. Needless to say, being so close, hearing the boom boom chong, and soaking in the celebration atmosphere set my tail to wagging (some call it dancing).

So I had a phone interview yesterday for a local district. Evidently there was an overwhelming amount of interest in the position, 120 applicants. Twenty of us received phone interviews then from there the field will be narrowed for face to face meetings. Please pray that I make the second and final cuts!!! Seriously, I need a job overhaul!

1st post

I'm just playing around with this blog thing. Guess I want to know more about posting information, pictures, and getting responses before I go all out. So this should be interesting.

This is my new puppy, Clancy. This was the day he come to live with us, the weekend after school was over. He is a LOT bigger now, 8 months old, and a really GOOD boy!

That's it for today's postings. I still haven't finished Christmas shopping and have wrapping stuff all over the tv room. The weather really warmed up this weekend taking the edge off the holiday for me. But I did get Pat to go shopping all afternoon!!! It was for him of course, in a hunting/fishing retail store, and involved tons of camo....but dinner at Olive Garden was mucho deliciouso!
